Warranty Coverage

Demerara Jewellery provides a 1-year craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects on all jewellery.

This warranty covers:

• Loose stones due to faulty setting

• Broken clasps due to manufacturing defects

• Structural integrity issues

• Solder failures

• Premature wear caused by workmanship

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, or tarnishing

• Lost or stolen items

• Damage caused by misuse or accidents

• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals or improper cleaning

• Stones that fall out due to impacts or customer damage

• Third-party repairs or alterations

Any unauthorized work voids the warranty.

Custom Work Warranty

Custom items are covered under the same 1-year craftsmanship warranty but do not include warranty for customer-selected stones that crack, chip, or break.

Warranty Claims

To make a claim, please provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Photos of the issue

• Description of the problem

We will assess the piece and determine whether the issue is covered.
