At Demerara Jewellery, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece. Because many of our items are handcrafted, custom-made, or made-to-order, our return policies reflect the bespoke nature of our work.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom jewellery

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)


Return Eligibility — Ready-Made Items Only

You may return eligible ready-made items within 10 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Includes all certificates, boxes, and accessories

Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be tracked and insured.


Exchanges

Exchanges for ready-made items are permitted within 10 days of delivery, subject to availability.


Defects or Errors

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will repair, replace, or remake the piece at no cost to you.


Custom Orders (Final Sale)

Custom and personalized pieces are non-returnable. Before production begins, customers receive:

  • A design sketch or rendering

  • Material confirmation

  • Pricing approval

Once approved, production begins and no refunds will be issued.
